With tuning, anything is possible.

also depends on what size turbo you want to run, what are your goals?

I did 100 shot on a setup VERY similar to that. Made 250whp. Didnt have a prob till I ran it lean one night and burned a piston. Other than that it ran awesome.

The opinion has been stated a million times before. With a stock bottom end. U really shouldnt go over bout 300whp. It doenst matter the setup. T1 boosted a 11:1 s2000 and made crazy HP with it. How is that different from your setup?

With the right fuel, you can boost any compression. You will have to have slightly lower-than-average goals, but it is definitely possible. If you still want around 300whp (usual stock block goal), you may have to run a slightly larger turbo than most people in order to keep the intake temps down, but if you do a little research and find a turbo that will be efficient at your power goals, you shouldn't have any problems building a great setup

IDK if it's bench racing, but it is definitely excessive speculation.

Asking if it is safe to boost is legit and asking about a reasonable power goal sounds legit. I could see how you would think it is against the rules, but in the words of good ol' Mills Lane "I'll allow it"

I hope you didnt make a hasty decision and get ripped off on some junk setup. What "kit" did you buy? Also, do you know this tuner is worthwhile??
