Can anyone give their thoughts on this TURBO B16A
This will be a completely built engine. BLOCK is B16A resleeved to 84.5mm. Which compression is better 9.6 or 8.6. I'm leaning towards 8.6 so that I could boost some more in the future.
Turbo is T4 60trim (what a/r?) with stage 3 turbine (0.82 or 0.63?)
Does any one have insight on the spooling rpm, full boost rpm, HP potential on these set up.
If you need to ask some more details I dunno what more to give.
Somebody mentioned that a t3/60-1 is too big.
I want something that will have boost around 5000rpm at 15psi.

i think a straight t4 might possibly be to big. why not go with a t3/04e 60 trim with a stage 3 wheel and like a .63ar? you will spool decently and the turbo is good for about 500hp. just my thoughts

Is it going to be a daily driver? If so, something to keep in mind- really low c/r is going to take longer to spool-especially on a B16.
Search around- there are some really fast B16 setups on the board.
