Default Cam timing

Ok, i am trying to get my cams adjusted a little here, I have read something on turning your exhaust back 2 degrees and you intake back 1 degree? Any one have any insight? I was going to try to butt-dyno or at the track and get a good setting. I move them in 1 degrees increments...right?

Also when i put in my GSR cams i think i have to change my settings on camgears anyways, Any body want to elaborate for me! Thanks guys!

best thing to do is to tune it on the dyno. i had mine set by the "butt" method and found more power by dyno tuning the car.
