GSR cams + Boost + B16 = Cam timing question
So I just finished doing my yearly "spring rebuild", basicly I swapped out a bunch of gaskets, cleaned things up, checked all the internals, fixed a few pesky oil leaks and installed some GSR cams.
Basicly, i'm just wondering how folks have their GSR cams timed (if using adjustable cam gears) so I can tweak from there. I left these set at the same as my stock B16 cams ran best at and they do seem to run fine. But to make dyno tuning them quick as possable, I figured I could compare others settings with my own and take those results and try similar settings first.

Re: GSR cams + Boost + B16 = Cam timing question (ClubSiRacer)
Right now not taking into account the 2° of adjustment to make up for the machined head and block, mine are set +2.25° Exhaust and +1° Intake. It seems to idle and run fine with this but if I back off the intake cam it wants to idle bad (even after readjusting the timing) and it seems the exhaust cam setting doesnt make a whole lot of difference to the idle. I just got the new cams in and the car running again in the last 24 hours so dyno tweaking them hasnt occured yet. Then again, the more peoples settings I can compare and try on my own, the less time I will have to spend tweaking them on the dyno.
Thanks to the person who PM'd me your settings.
