those of you guys running the maxrev kit, specifically the 99-00 Civic si guys... i have a question for you... i am running the maxrev kit with .57 trim 63 a/r t3t04e turbo and i was wondering.. HOW THE HELL did you guys manage piping and filter on the turbo?, theres a clutchline or tranny line in the way.. i have been running a mesh screen only... what have you guys done in your setups?..please help.. thanks in advance..

I used a 3 inch 90 degree silicone elbow, 3 inch u bend, and then a filter. The silicone coupling goes onto the turbo, then the u bend connects to the coupling and hangs over the radiator hoses like the filters on the Greddy/Drag kits.
Sorry I don't have a digi cam. But the cable doesn't get in the way. Although depending on how long the silicone coupling is, you might have to trim a little bit off the end that connects to the compressor.
bend it away. i just bent the clutch hardlines back toward the tranny. it helps if u have a pusher fan IN FRONT of the radiator too..

Thats what i did. You will lose P/S and have to make a new DP...I just fabricated my own 3" downpipe.

just get a little creative. I had no real problems getting it to fit.
I don't have to go through the trouble of mounting the turbo in a whole new way, just get the pipe to angle up before it reaches the clutch line.
I don't know if one car might be different from the other SI, but I didn't have any problems getting it to fit at all.
Sorry I don't have pics of under it, it's not really easy to get the camera under that part.

Another thing of why mine might fit is I have a different size turbo, you said your is a 57 trim and a .63 a/r right?
Mine is a .60 Comp and .48 A/R. I don't know how much of a size difference on the outside there is if any.

i think my housing is a bit lower than yours so its directly next to the clutch hardline.. anyhow.. hopefully i can figure somethin, but i gotta shave more of the block to get clearance to fit a hose on there
