Default budget boost build

I have a 89 crx and it is setup for 12lbs, but i blew a head gasket so while have it out and apart I figured on building it up a little bit, but not going to crazy. I already know im gonna put arp headstuds and was thinking working on the lower end. if anyone has ideas/tips/links to good parts i would appreciate it greatly

Eagle rods, weisco pistons, acl race bearings, get a good machine shop to check you're block and crank.

Don't forget brakes and suspension too. Remember, all the power in the world doesn't matter if you can't put it down to the ground.

What is your power goal? Never go by PSI, 12 psi will yield different results across the board depending on what turbo you're using.

Innovative, Full Race, Explicit Speed Performance, ETD... just search, all of these brands are good. I like Explicit Speed, but I have a Innovative and if I buy another one I would probably use Explicit Speed.

I have avid traction bar. Looks nice and fit perfect. Only down side is it took 2 months to receive it. And send the wrong hardwear. They claimed it got stuck at the Canadian boarder.
