Is both an FMU and a PiggyBack needed?
My friend has a 1994 Civic Hatch with a H22 Turbo. When he went to get it tuned, the guy that was tuning it told him that he needed to get a "Boost reference fuel pressure regulator" (same as FMU?). But he already had a Greddy e-Manage. But the guy said that he needed both. Is there a need for both? Because I am planning on boosting my car and I didn't want buy the wrong stuff or too much stuff if I didn't need it.

u only need one thing, fmu is used with sttock injectors only, the emanage is the only thing u need

Even the aftermarket injectors probably aren't big enough for their application. On my turbo Maxima, I was running 370cc injectors (stock is 259cc) w/ an FMU and emanage. At the time 370's were about the largest I could get. FMU was an adjustable Cartech model, set to approximately 5:1. But it was almost impossible to tune w/ the emanage with an FMU. Car now has 660cc injectors w/ just the emanage.
With a Honda, you have so many options for engine management and injectors, why bother with bandaids like FMU's?

You do know Hondata is just software right? You don't actually buy anything. They just chip your ECU and burn you a program with the Hondata software (I don't know about you, but I sure as hell don't pay for software on my computer, so I sure as hell aint paying for software for my car lol).
You might want to look into Uberdata or Crome. They do the same thing as Hondata, except they are free programs. If your going to pay for anything look into Neptune, it's a lot cheaper than Hondata.
All these types of fuel management will be all you need along with larger injectors. The stock FPR will work fine.
