boosted b16.......need some help yO!!!!
hey guys this winter iam slapp'n a turbo on my jdm b16a. it is a drag t3/t4 gen 3 turbo, the rest is pieced together. The question is, i want to safley run 10psi on track days or even couple muscle cars around town... and keep it to 7-9psi daily driven on stock bottom end for now!!! the head will consist of gsr cams and arp head studs with thicker copper head gasket. i was gonna run a walbro 255 fuel pump with vortech fmu and a vafc and rc 380 injectors, with msd 6al ignition. Or i heard i should lose the fmu and do dsm 450 injectors with ignition and vafc, and some reinator thingy outta an old school crx or accord if you know what iam talking about??? thanks for reading all that , please help if you can on a safe reliable 10psi stock b-end b16 !!!!!!!!!!!

Check this thread.
55k miles with FMU.

I personally if trying to go low cost would just stick with the FMU inline pump setup.
If you want more just save for hondata. Price of an AFC will be at least half as much as a s200b system.
10psi on an FMU isn't something I would do much. Fuel pressure would be base fuel pressure + 12 times boost level. Or 40+(10x12)=160psi. Fuel injectors don't like that high of pressure much.
Of course with hondata you would need at least bigger injectors, like DSM 450s, and a resistor box but you would have a much better capability to make more power and have better driveablilty.
I boosted some on my old setup with hondata not tuned at all. It was still fast.

If you go hondata you won't need a vafc.
If I were you I would get hondata and some saturated 440 or 550cc RC injectors. They would run around $300. DSMs would be lots cheaper though, and I used them before without any trouble.
With saturated injectors you wouldn't need a resistor box.
Since you will have arp headstuds and a low compression headgasket I would push 10psi daily if you get the hondata tuned well.
But then the only good hondata tuner I know of is in Michigan.

costs about $160 an hour on the dyno. plan on a couple of hours tuning.
BTW, where you getting all the money man? You are 17 right? Work alot?
