Default boost setting

how do i set the boost on my greddy kit on my civic? just asking, new to the turbo concept. also, is it okay to run the kit w/o a boost controller

Boost is preset at the wastegate at 6psi i believe. If you want to run more than 6 psi you'll need a boost controller
Yes it's ok to run the kit without the boost controller, in fact you dont need one.

you can "supposedly" change the boost by adjusting the nut on the wastgate control rod... haven't done it yet, so I'm not sure... really shouldn't mess with it until you at least have an intercooler... just leave it alone for a while, I'm currently resisting the urge myself....
