Default BOOST PROBLEM

I need help with my boost problem. I will hardly get boost in 1st gear or reach 5 psi by 6,000 rpm... 2nd gear get full boost around 5-6 thousand rpms 3rd 4th and 5th gear i will get full boost by 3,00 rpms.. what you think the problem is. I checked for leaks. everything is secure. I have a t3 turbo.42-48. small so spool up should be quick.. wastegate set to 7 psi . and have a apexi twin chamber blow off valve.it hold 7 psi strong in 3rd 4th and 5th gear. i drove my friends car with a greddy 18g set at 10 psi.. and he hit 10 psi in 1st gear by 4,000 rpms... help with suggestion. Currently running 95 gsr 7 psi... will get tuned with uberdata ina month

your loading the engine to fast in those gears...It doesnt give enough time for the turbo to spool because the RPM's rise so quickly in 1st and 2nd gear where as in 3rd and 4th gear you spend more time in each gear giving more time to reach full boost....someone want to chime in on this..

That's not uncommon at all. I had the same setup on a b16 in the first two gears the motor will out accelerate the turbo. Not much you can do about it really. Tuning came help some with that. Mostly just check for leaks anywhere again. Did you run gaskets on the wastegate flange and turbo flange?
