boost dropping off
Last week i could hear a boost leak so i found the problem and sorted it and every thing is fine, until today i notice its not holding bost till the red line. Even with the leak last week it did but now it holds 0.6 bar from 3500 upto 6000 then starts dropping and ends up 0.52 ish at 8000.
The turbo is a T3 super 60 on a built B16
Going to have a look tomorrow so can anyone point me in the right direction? Its sounds like a boost leak again but it holds boost for 2500rmps and also the turbo does not sound like its spooling any faster to try and make up for a leak.

Re: (crispydee)
had the same prob w/ my setup.. my boost would drop off rather quickly if it let off the throttle slightly and b/w shifts.. my car also felt weaker too.. i double checked the piping clamps and couldn't figure it out..
low and behold, I happened to check my WG bolts and the bolts holding the WG to my manifold had worked itself half way out and was leaking from there.. even from the slightest crack or hole, you'd be suprised how much it affects the car.. the bolt siezed up in the hole, so I had to drill it out and retap it.. after all the work, my car pulls hard again like before..
