Default boost creep...to a high point

PROBLEM::
my boost will creep to over twice the wastegate spring....its fine till aboiut 5000rpms then it creeps slowly to 16psi by 8000rpm but i only have a 7psi spring

ATTEMPT TO FIX::
1.) had all my vacuums coming from one source being the fpr...took the bov off and used the charcoal box line for the bov...didnt do a thing besides faster response from bov...
2.) turned the boost controler down to 7psi...did nothing
3.) turned off boost controler to run off the 7psi spring...did nothing
4.) unpluged the vacuum line form top of wastegate...did nothing

SETUP::
stock internal b18c
peakboost turbo kit
38mm tial wastegate
full 3 inch exhaust
greddy profec-b spec-2

Run the wastegate to the first charge pipe or directly off of the compressor housing. If you must, run a direct line off of the brake booster to the wastegate. Only the wastegate should be coming from the brake booster line. Dont put many actuators on one connection, use one actuator/connection.

and what are you tuned with? What map sensor do you have?

your pressure source is supposed to be from the side port of the wastegate. you leave the top port open unless you have a electronic boost controler.
