I have a 1997 Honda Civic Ex with the Apex-i Turbo Kit on it, I installed a hallmans boost controller, and i have it set at 8 psi, but when i reach 6k rpm, its creeps almost to 13 psi til redline, what can i do to solve this problem?

 

say it with me now...a boost controller can only RAISE boost - not lower it.

You need to port the wastegate/add more backpressure (put back on parts of the stock exhuast, you have your cat still?)

 

The Stock cat is still on , but i dont have any parts of my stock exhuast. How much involvment is it to port the wastegate?
