Default reducing boost

i have a 14b turbo and wondering how to reduce boost. i think stock wastegate is around 8psi, but would like to run ~5 for now. i was reading you can extend the arm on the actuator, but i can't find that post anymore. Anyone?

ok thanks,, i was under the impression a boost controller only increased boost. So boost controllers can be set from 1psi-up?

I cant remember off had which way it need to be turned but you can take the rod from the acuator to the waste gate and either thread it in or out to increase decrease boost

boost controllers can not be turned down...only up...sounds like you have an internal wastegate i think you spun it towards you too turn down boost (which ever way closes it more) good luck
