There you go.. see? nice and simple. No switching "*****" , no getting another controller. Just a nice low tech approach. Glad we can help.

It's a band-aid fix though. If you just kept moving your reference point around than everyhting from that is affected.

I bet if you put it on a dyno you'd notice that the response of the turbo is now slower. So, not only did you fix the problem, but you made the system slower responding and shifted your power band a bit. That's why you're not hitting boost cut anymore.

The only real fix imo is to get a real electronic boost controller or add a solenoid to your ems and have it control boost

Although mbcs with the ceramic ball build boost fairly quick and have good response no matter where the signal comes from or how long the signal line is. At least from what I've seen
