Yup backwards. just FYI there's a reason that arrow is pointing towards the controller, that means pressure source inlet
Ok thanks guys, and the **** says turning it counterclock wise "boost (-)" and turning it clockwise "boost (+) but when i turn the boost down following the **** (boost -) the **** is going deeper into the controller which means its increasing the boost due to the spring inside being stiffer? If so, this chinese made controller is written backward?
Ok i guess when the **** goes in, it increases the boost. If anyone had this type of ebay one and know what kind of increments to turn up the boost 1psi will be appreciated. Some people say half a turn and others say by the clicking sound. I counted and there is 61 clicks so i dont think clicking is accurate.
It's a cheap piece of crap. There is no guaranteed increment, because no one has any idea what spring is in there, or even if the spring has a linear or non-linear rate. If you want exact numbers, pony up the money for a real electronic boost controller. If you want to keep using that thing, find a track or an open parking lot somewhere that you can fiddle with it, but don't be surprised if you have to fiddle with it every time there's a fluctuation in the temperature.
