At boost breaking up problem
Hey peeps i was wondering if any body had any anwsers about my problem ok i got a ls/vtec with 10PSI on it on a base map Running 12 Flats consistently spinning threw first shity drag radials and 440 Delphi injectors motors got about 4500 miles since rebuild ok i ran 110 octane at the track and retarded my dizzy a lil bit an today i put 93 in it an put the dizzy back deadcenter now when it starts to boost it breaking up an not pulling as hard its never done it till today so if anybody has any ideas on what might be going on please let me know thank you

First.... you shouldnt have to touch your dizzy unless your setting your 16 degree setting in your EMS.
Second.... you shouldnt be boosting on a basemap.
Third.... get it tuned professionally.
Fourth... get it tuned professionally.
If you follow these steps...the car wont break up anymore and you also have a whole lot better chance of not blowing up your motor.
Basically...your timing is off, you lowered the octane level, what plug are you running and whats the gap?, its not tuned, etc.

If you're not tuned, that's the best thing to do at the moment. You shouldn't even be beating on it on a basemap. That's probably one of the dumber things you can do unless you like swapping engines.
Once you tune, this problem should go away since you'll be running the right AFRs and have the correct plugs.
