Default my boost is running rich!!! someone help

ok heres the sccop. my car runs fine and everything but when it reaches 4.5k rpm or when it gets over 7psi of boost it starts running rich. i need to know what this problem is. is it the fuel map or the injectors or what? this is an eclipse gsx i am talking about. i know i know it isnt a honda but ive been psoting here for quite sometime and i know all you nice folks here at ht would help me with this problem. if you know what this problem is how can i fix it or can it be fixed. also how much would it cost to fix. thanks TJ

well u want to be somewhat rich in boost, its an extra safety factor....but seems like it just needs tuned a little bit....if you want good help on a dsm problem contact dsmdan18 he posts on ths board everyday.....he knows his shizat, i doubt yur fuel maps or injectors messed up....do you have an adj. fpr? or safc? or something you can tune fuel....that would be the only thing i could think it would be.....

aight sweet. thats what ive just been readin up on. how much do one of those cost? i know theyre not that exspensive. like 400 right? but how much would it cost to tune? that cost a **** load right? for dyno or do u not need a dyno? thanks for all your help.

I got my safc for $180. The dsm tuner around here charged my friend $60 to install and tune his afc. But he also had to pay the dyno facility $75 for time on the dyno.
