Heck you got good friend's dude !!
well b20 are torque monster, cause of the displacement they offer, deffenatly if money is your friend's then go with a sleeved b20, built by benson, then have the head built with SS valves, spring's and retainer, turbo cam's and a port and polish...
run an AEM EMS with quite a big snail like the GT35 or GT 40.. at least 20 pound of boost and I mean AT LEAST...
with all the little thing's ( fuel pump, injector, spark, exhaust and all ) that should give you a decent amount of power between 500 and 600 plus you got the torque to rock your sock's off...
I had some finger excercice to do... hence the long *** post !

When you sleeve the block youi choose the bore. So think about that if your going to sleeve a block. Also, displacement doesn't make that much more power on a sleeved block if you can just turn up the boost? If you gonna sleeve the block then i dont understand the question?

Displacement won't make way more power, it will help ALOT on torque though.
it's not difficult to do at all,
put the b20 base in a crate, shoot to benson with the 3k$ included inthe crate, and the spec's of your engine ( the spec's you want ) it will take about a month and the block will be back in force, with sleeve, forged rod, and pistons.
for the head you choose the place, there is so many, just about any shop will do it right, if you want to do it yourself go for it man, buy the few tool's you need and take info from here, you can visit Cspeed racing to get some hint's on how to do it, but H-t.com kick **** for tech stuff...
then you mate the head to the block with a turbo head gasket ( since it's a B20, you'll have to do the Ls-vtec stuff ( buy a golden kit, it's easy as pie ) ) then put that thing in the frame, tune it with a AEM EMS...
Tadam!!!!!!!!!!!!
600 Hp shure !
Good luck
I won't came back on this tread anymore, if you want me to answer you question PM is the key, they are usually answered in a few hour's
