do you have a high pressure inline fuel pump hooked up with the fmu?? if so..are you sure its running(the fuel pump)?
the fpr will do nothing if you are running the fmu setup..it would only be good while you were in vacum.

If your gauge is setup properly, and you are only reading 1 bar in the lean, then something else is not...
I would check to ensure that your gauge is hooked up properly first.
Does it always stay at 1 bar showing only? Is this a Autometer gauge?

yea its autometer...but it should just register.....when i start it... the guage scrolls through all the colors, but then at idle it stays at lean

Well two things - when you are idling, it should sweep slowly back and forth. The second, when you are a full throttle out of or in boost, it should be in the rich area. If it never moves no matter what - then check to ensure it is hooked up properly. If it is - check your fuel system top to bottom, including your O2 sensor.

Re: bogging in boost? (B94Cast)
Check teh voltage from the 02 sensor. It should be 0.1V lean and 0.9V rich. It should go back and forth at idle. An a/f gauge is basically a big voltmeter is all.
As for your bogging. Check your plugs too. Check to make sur ethey aren't fouling, or missing under boost.
Normally bogging is from being too rich though.
