Default Turbo Question ( was not able to post in Forced Induction)

I'm bit of a newb.. at Turbo Kits.. I own a 2000 Civic SI turbo.. TTR Kit.. Garret t4,tial wastegate/b.o.v, vortec FMU, Lower Compression Head gasket.. the engine is not built, nor tune.. car only has 32k.. im runnin 6psi on stock internals.. besides the head gasket

my question was .. i blow out blue smoke between shifts not a extreme amount but enough for me to notice, what does it mean?????

ive heard several things.. Turbo goin up.. Gaskets in turbo??.. i also played with the spindel in my turbo..i was told if it were lose it was going bad.. It's a T4 and has very little play.. though i can move it but very very slightly
