blitz bov
what psi are you running and where did you tap for the vac line. dont share that line with alot of other things. find a good dedicated vac line for it.
u may also need to adjust it. I adjusted mine at idle. just let your car idle, put your finger into the bov and feel the piston.. loosen it until the valve is close to being OPEN at idle.

silicone is so thin that u dont have to open it. just blip the throttle from the engine bay to move the piston around and spray. Although, since the valve is new you shouldnt have to lube it.
why dont you try another vac port. see if it makes a difference.

well its in new condition, had it in december and then blew the motor, now it is currently up and running again. but i dont recall it sounding correctly the first time. i'll try the lube....so hit hte throttle cable a few times and spray in the silicone?

if you are using the blitz DD BOV its not as loud as the older "horn" style, I had both on the same car.
switch over to the horn outlet (yes it fits) and your bov will be ugly but super loud
also take out the filter screen.
