Default tail bov question??

is the bov valve suppose to be open at idle

i have a greddy bov and never really wondered about that, but i think its supposed to be closed.

It is suppose to be closed. Take the vacuum line off and measure the vacuum at idle and match it up with this chart here.

No. Vacuum is pulling it open. If you want it closed at idle put on a stiffer spring with regards to your idle vacuum level.
