Default Big turbine and small compressor?

I'm looking into buying a turbo and its specs are .60/1.00 Would that be a bad combination? I remember hearing something like this somewhere but I tried searching but couldnt find anything.

0.60/1.00 are just numbers assosciated with the compressor and turbine housing. You have failed to mention the wheel sizes and trim, and the actual turbo itself...lol The question is completely meaningless.

Measure the wheels and report back. That's the only way we can truly know what you're working with. Also, what are your power goals?

I'm looking to make around 200. Is it generally bad to have a large turbine and small compressor? If it has big negative effects i wont even consider getting it.

Until you measure the wheels, nobody can give you a straight answer. The end...
