Big Question on A/R for t3/t4 ?????

what would be the best a/r for a t3/t4 from precision turbo. for my 00' gsr . the block is other wise stock right now but i will plan to build it when this one gives up. Also what are the chances of some thing in my motor blowing up and sending it through the exhaust turbine??

this question seems to appear every day. I'm not sure how someone can say .63 w/o a doubt without asking what he plans to do with the car. i run an .82 on the street. the lag is good so you do not burn tires. the 63 is better for the track if you are not looking for mph.
