precision sc50 with .63 ar and stage 3 wheel would do the trick if you wanted an early spool, if you wanted to make more power at a lower boost level and sacrifice the spool up time i would say go with a stage 5 exhaust wheel.

for a street car go with a t3 super 60 or 60 trim.....I love mine and it makes awesome power, and spools decent and its def. works great for a D series motor, especially street use

if u want quick boost a .50 trim with .48

if u wanan maek that 300, youll need to sacrafice that qucik spool for some lag time. .50trim turbo with .63 A/R turbine. stage 3 turbine wheel, its efficiency shoudl fall within that 300 range you're lookin for. the lag time will help with traction anyways =T

on a t3 super 60 on my b20 at 14 psi i made 262 WHP 254 torque. VERY fast spool time. 5 psi by 2800, 14 psi by 4400. but traction was a bitch. it was fun lighten em up on the freeway tho.

I agree with the .48 A/R being a better option for a fast spool on a D Series. The D generally uses a lower redline than a B Series which makes less of a need for a bigger A/R. 300whp would still be easily achievable with a 50 trim and .48, you might just need to run a higher psi level.
