Default Best boost controller?

What EBC's are people using here and how do you like it?

Under $350 if possible.

So far all I know about for that price range is the Profec B 2 and the Blitz. Any info on those two would be great as well

TIA

I hear good things about the Profec B. That's what I'm most likely getting for my setup.

Take a look at the Turbosmart E-Boost. 3 boost settings. Built in boost gauge(psi,kPa, bar). Programmable gate pressure function to totally eliminate wastegate creep - you tell the wastegate when to open. Programmable auxiliary output – e.g. water spray control, water/methanol injection, boost light
Programmable audible warning alarm – excellent for over-boost warning or full boost confirmation. Peak hold/Max Boost recall function.

The e-boost will actually keep the wastegate completely shut, until a certain boost level is reached. This way, you will not lose any power from escaping compressed air. That is why the E-boost produces more mid-range.

I am interested in the turbosmart setup, but what is the cost?

I have heard a lot of good about the AVCR and titan motorsports is having a sale on them for 399 shipped right now. That is what I am planning on getting.

you should be able to find it for like $450-$500. I totally forgot about how easy the eboost is to use. It uses the same menu type features as a standard turbo timer

I bought the Greddy Profec B spec II. I have driven a car with it installed and it was simple and has a nice little display. Otherwise, you will have to get a used Boost controller if you wanna stay around 350

I hear HKS EVC 5 are really good, one of the best EBC you can buy. I have an APEXI AVC-R for sale if anyone is interested e-mail me.

will any of these controllers allow to set at 1 boost level and gradually turn up or adjust based on a certain rpm/speed...
ie- launch at 12psi and automatically adjust (something set at the dyno) either based off the rpm or a gradual increase...if that made sense...
