so my prelude is built with a turbonetics system, recently I noticed when I let off the gas in neutral the rpms drop alot slower than normal, example if im at 4k rpms it takes 3-4 seconds to drop to 1100 whereas it used to quickly dropped to 900, in addition when I got on it earlier at around 8lbs boost it felt like the car stalled hard for a split second, im guessing its a vacuum line problem causing this? anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like you have a small vac leak causing the idle rpm to be higher than normal. The IACV has to over compensate to get the rpm down. Then its likely to stall bc the IACV is closed or mostly closed.

Just found the problem, its the vacuum line going from the wastegate to the back of the intake manifold, im guessing that stall was a boost spike?

hah well probably if the wastegate had no boost reference.
Check your log and confirm where your boost cut is set.
