Default b16a2 turbo setup DIY

am going forced induction on my b16 EG and ve already ordered stuff to start with...
wiseco flat top pistons with rings set (8.5:1 compression)
eagle H beam rods
golden eagle block guard
ARP head studs
HKS SSQV BOV
innovate LM-1 wideband
FMIC
GM 3 bar MAP
for fuel management ill either go with uberdata or crome....
am a bit confused about which turbo to run which'll not drop boost at shift points and pull hard till redline... also what size injectors to use???...
my goal is getting somewhere around 350-400 whp which i believe would be safe with the kind of build am going with..
do mention the amount of boost ill ve to run to reach my goal with the turbine you people prefer....any help would be highly appreciated....

Sweet.. since it sounds like you are on a budget and keeping it as simple as possible.. I would say a t3/t04e (57/63) would be a good turbo to use.. would take roughly 12-15 psi to hit your hp goals.. just depends on the tune and other mods.. and 550cc injectors should get the job done. Good luck.

You want bigger than 550cc for 350whp. 550cc will just do 350whp, any fluctuations in fuel pressure or a little boost spiking and

Mitsu big 16G is a small cold and hotside, will hold in heat on your engine; you don't have a tough as nails 4G63 that laughs at excessive charge temps and ill-flowing turbines. Honduhs like the bigger turbos, they run cooler/more efficient and that makes your engine last longer. Go for the .57 trim T04E mentioned above, it's like crackrocks.

i get you on that.. a GM 3 bar map and precision 680cc's would do the job with a t3/t04e 57 trim 0.63a/r
uberdata....
thanks for the input

You can get Motorola 2.5 bar from xenocron.com cheaper than GM 3 bar, and it is a better resolution sensor that he sends complete with a plug and play pigtail.

Disconnect your purge solenoid if you plan to run UD, it just causes idle problems.
