Default b16a turbo build

hey so this is my first build thread. I'm building my 91 civic si hatchback which has a spun rod bearing. So this car has been down for a few months so i got a 97 civic coupe as a daily driver. I'm going to build my hatch for mainly auto x but i still want to drag it every now and then. My goals are to have 2 chips , one will be able to run my car at about 400hp for drag and the other at about 300hp for auto x.

So heres where im at for buidling the engine:
jdm b16 2nd gen head
pnp
3 angle valve job
by speed machine
Skunk 2 dual valve springs:
" " ti retainers:
" " valves
" " intake manifold

b16 block
darton sleeves:
cp pistons:
pauter rods:
acl bearings:
arp head studs and rod bolts

I thought of the parts for the head and speedmachine thought of the block parts but im going to get it sleeved by darton because i might have a hook up.

i haven't thought of the turbo parts yet but im going to start researching what i have to do for auto x in turbo size wise.

so what do you guys think, any help would be appreciated because this is my first build.
also im wondering with 790 is a good deal for the skunk 2 im,valves,springs, and retainers is a good price. ill have pictures of my car up tomorow
