well I have a chip that was made for iton crome to get me there but I need it to start now...do you know where I should put my timing marks like what degree
Unless that chip was made for a set up on 440 cc injectors you are now running you will continue to flow way too much fuel. If the chip was made for stock injectors you will need to put them back in, or get a new tune/chip...
on the crank there are 3 marks together and then one off by itself. set the crank to that mark (TDC). the cams should have up arrows pointing up and dots pointing at each other and the dizzy should be at cylinder #1.
if the car runs on stock injectors then most likely the timing is fine though. as others mentioned you need to get tuned.

not when setting the cam timing. the crank and cams need to be at tdc. at that time the number 1 piston should be as high in the bore as possible and the dizzy pointing at #1. once you get the car started and warmed up you can set the ignition timing via timing light to 16* btdc by adjusting the dizzy
