My 14 year old sister flew into town to stay with me and my wife for Christmas. She gave me some sound advice that I believe applies here.

Stock b16's can make insane power, but they won't last. You have a lower compression b16 now with head studs. It will probably make 300 hp with an excellent tune, but you've basically asked "I have these Nike shoes, how fast can I run 100m?" That question can't be answered without a lot more info. Are you fat? Are you Husain Bolt?
You've listed a small part of your build (the motor), so ill throw this out there....

Buy a kit, get it tuned, be happy with Whatever hp level your tuner says is "safe"

a full setup list (and proper spelling/grammar) would go a long way with you getting serious answers and less **** plus we could accurately tell you what your setup would do
the blockguard however is total ***** and if the need ever comes up to pull the head, pull the guard out. they don't do anything but inhibit cooling
