When me and my friend installed a turbo kit in his impreza 2.5rs we just used the two hoses going to the heater core. I'm pretty sure you can use those same hoses when installing a water cooled turbo in a honda. Just go get two tee fittings and tee off from both heater core hoses on the back side of the engine going toward the firewall. It doesnt matter which one you use because your just looping the hoses.

why bother, it's just more lines to leak and cause reliability problems and make working on the motor a PIA. Just get a turbo timer and let her idle...
would the heater core line circulate when the heater control valve is shut or must you turn on the heat to boost

some motors have a sensor in the goose neck that comes off the head for the top rad hose. Take that sensor out and get a barb fitting and use that for the return.
The feed should come off of somewhere near the thermostat. The IACV line would probably be a good place to tap, just make sure its on the push side.

No, the valve that opens the heater core hoses is after the point where you splice into them for the turbo water lines. This keeps the coolant continiously flowing even if you have the heater off or on.
