My friend running a 330hp civic hatch still has his in tact and he pulled off a 12.4 at the track no problems.

I have my stock ITR LAS in my ITR and pushing down 370whp for about 14000 miles. We just rebuilt the tranny with new bearings and syncros and looked on the gears and LSD. HEll yeah, it is in very good shape!

how hard is it to install an LSD? do any oem ones if an LS tranny?

I have a buddy who is running like 450hp on that lsd..no problems yet. I had heard they are only good to 300, but he proved me wrong.

This is just the post i needed, i've been debating on an oem LSD myself.

I'm at 500+ and its holding but i only run 45mph and up. If you run from the hole or 1st gear roll they will not last too long at 350+. if you really like to race out of the hole and are making 350+. the best thing i could suggest is to weld it. this way you get 2 wheel power not 1.

i have not noticed a problem until yesterday.i went to the track and it seemed to spin really bad.it pulled to the left really hard once it got some traction.i watched the video this morning and it looks like the right tire was not spinning.i could not see the other tire but i assume it was spinning.i am pretty sure it wasn't the clutch because i just put in a new six puck.i did launch on high boost and probably shouldn't have.i am going to try launching on lower boost next time to see how it does.
