ok guys...

im not very familiar with LSD. i know its limited slip differential. and i know it gives you more traction...

BUT... if i wanted to get LSD for my car... what are my options? and where does it install? what should i look for? how much is it? does a typeR LSD fit my car?

 

kaaz, quaife, spoon,cuzco, phantom grip ( not really a lsd ), and oem itr/ctr ...i believe the oem itr is a helical type where the spoon,quaife,cusco,kaaz are a clutch type.... quaife and the kaaz would be my two recommendations. quaife lowered their price on their lsd/s went from 1100 down to around 800 bucks not bad... once installed you will notice a big difference... my freind 420tegls has a kaaz lsd on his 94 ls and it rips ask him about it if u are intrested in the kaaz. hope that helps

where does it install at? is it part of the tranny? or the suspension?

i figured its part of the tranny, but is it installed in conjunction wit the clutch?

 

i heard if you buy it you can out run cops... on foot!!!
