Default anybody with experience with Probe rods?

I was wondering about these rods. They are I beam, like crowers but not nearly as expenxive. Are the crowers more expensive for a reason? Are the crowers better than the probe rods? Help me decide which rod to get. I'll be looking to support 15-18 daily driven psi and up to 23-25 psi at the track. what's the best option: Probe rods...I beam design, about $370 for my h23 OR Crowers...I beam design and about $650. Help!

You get what you pay for. Crower is very good quality. Not sure on the probe rods, never heard of anyone using them. Think about it this way, if you save $300 on the rods and one breaks, it will cost you easily 4 times that to repair it. Usually even more than that. A broken rod usually results in a hole in the block, a messed up crank, a trashed head (due to a flying piston contacting valves), and alot of labor!
