Any tricks to holding the silicone hoses from POPPing off?
The silicon hose that connects from the Turbo compressor outlet to my L pipe keeps popping off! The compressor outlet does not have a "flared" opening so is there any trick that i can do.

If you are talking about the compressor discharge nozzle, the best thing to do would be to have a bead welded around it. If the problem is the pipe that connects to the turbo, the easiest and cheapest thing to do is to flare it yourself with a pair of locking pliers... this works well enough... or you could have it bead rolled or have someone weld a bead on it as well...

Or use sand paper and make it rough. I did the bead and sanded it down and I have never had my IC pipe blow off.

Yup. Just use some sandpaper to rough it up. Then take some brake/carb cleaner and remove all traces of oil from the housing and your connector hose.

U using regular hose clamps,if you are,you could throw those in the garbage and get heavy duty ones like the ones turbonetics sell.

Those regular clamps always comes loose. Spend the extra cash and get the heavy duty clamps.

And when you tighten it dont use a screw driver, use a wrench, or socket wrench. That way you can torque it down more.

Beading it sounds good! Are the compressors made out of aluminum?

you can also make your own bead with one of those exopy sticks.
just mix up a thin strand, and mold it around.

I say all of the above....Sandpaper the outlet and use heavy duty clamps. Make sure there is no lubrication in the area, and you shouldn't have another problem.
