Default charge pipe popped up

Hi, my charge pipe popped up again on the throttle body, would it be benifit if I buy a turbo clamp, cause the one I currently have is a 0.99c bought at home-depot. No matter how hard I tighten the clamp it always pop time to time.

Anyone know where sells the T-bolt clamp locally? Auto Stores? Thanks...

I've hear hair spray works well also, just to hold the slipping from boost pressure.. But most def upgrade to a nicer clamp....

I prefer to use regular hose clamps as opposed to t clamps, Ive had less slipping with regular stainless hose clamps. Also do you have a bead on the pipe? If not a bead around the pipe would keep it from popping off.

These clamps are the best. Please ignore the rubber 90 boot

i've boosted up to 12psi on home depot rubber connectors and normal radiator hose clamps. I triple clamp each connector though, so they dont bubble in the middle and so it will hold better. on the compressor outlet of my 14B, i have 5 clamps on one connector becuase no matter what i did, it always popped off

USE MORE CLAMPS!

Using 5 clamps is stupid. You could probally spend less on one good clamp and it will hold.

I've heard people on the board mention that Nappa carries some type of T bolt clamp, Ive never seen it myself so Im not sure on the type it is.

There is a place online that sells the T bolts for cheap though, its partssystems or something like that. Do a little searching and im sure you can find the link. There around $2.50

Parts Systems has the cheapest clamps. They are excellent quality.

Most local auto parts stores should carry them, Home Depot where I live even does. Just make some calls

Exactly my thoughts, Hes right. All he said is what you are doing is stupid, and you call him a dumbass

Your 5 clamps .99 cents a piece cost more than my one T bolt clamp, that does the job better than a Worm clamp can do

You should take his suggestion and get a Good clamp rather than call him a dumbass.

Maybe this is the reason you have to use so many clamps
