All you with a b16 turbo
I need to know the amount of oil return line to order. I know it is somewhere between 3 and 4 ft, but I want to get it exact within a couple of inches. Can someone tell me? Thanks - Matt....and the best place to order it. I was thinking Summit because they seem to have good prices. Any others?

I'm using 4ft tapped from the sender
Bought it from a local performance shop, $4/ft tephlon tubing/braided line + $6/ per fitting(2).

That is what I want to do. IS there much slack in the line. I want to get it fairly tight. Also, how did you get the fittings on the hose? Did you use a press? I dont want mine to leak.

return line?? I'm using about a foot and a half.
and I pushed the fittings on by hand, no leaks, but it was hella hard.

Get more than a foot, i highly suggest 1 3/4 ft to 2 ft. my local shop told me that one foot was fine, but it did not fit and i was pissed, because it was on a weekend and i could not go anywhere to get more.

Soory sorry I meant oil feed line. Sorry I goofed...the line from the sender to the turbo, not the line to the pan

4 ft is safe to say. Cant really tellyou down to the inch. It all depends on how you run it from the back of the block to the turbo.

Damn, didn't even see that you wrote return line, I assumed you meant feed. Lucky guess, huh? Anyways, I just got compression fittings, no need for a press -as you tighten the fitting with a wrench, the fitting is tightened on the line-absolutely NO leaks, so far... I got exactly 4ft and ran mine from the sender to the turbo zip tied to the prw steering line- perfect fit. Here's a pic:
