If you're running a stock FPR and stock injectors, all you need to do is zero everything out and it'll run off the stock ECU without adjusting any of the sensor values to the ECU.

are u sure about this? can anyone back this up. as far as timing goes and all that, the afc automatically adjusts it right?

should i put my stock fpr back on?

You'll need to, or at least make sure your aftermarket FPR is set to the same fuel pressure as stock, otherwise your car will run overall richer or leaner depending on which way you have the fuel pressure set.

The AFC doesn't do anything with timing, that is all set by the ECU. All the AFC does is take the air sensor reading and changes it, so the ECU thinks there is less/more air entering the engine than there really is, so the ECU runs less/more fuel than it would normally.
