my question is with a s-afc i know you dont need to run a missing link... how about with the v-afc?? do you need to run a missing link for that for the afc hack with 440cc injectors?

sure I will explain...
he is ignorant. His statement is totaly untrue. The only down side to the hack is that it allwos the ECU to keep adding timing under boost wich can lead to lean conditions and pre ignition.

with v-afc you dont have to run a missing link it pretty much the same thing as the s-afc. However the v-afc doesnt always work perfectly. On my car it gave me a check engine light, but from what i have heard it works well for most.
well deciding on the emanage or the safc. on a 19t kit on my y7. i think that the safc will be ok for a 10psi level or less daily driven. Im not looking to be a 10psi or more y7. Just a fun daily driven car on a budget. Damm....
11k miles on stock d16z6 with .48t3@11psi, timing retarded until it didn't ping, runs strong as hell. No signs of quitting, either.
AFC hack = not too shabby!

What kind of car is it that is running 9's with the hack? Not calling you a liar but that is a pretty strong statement and could give people the wrong idea. You even said it was a street car, how many street hondas have you seen that can run 9's even with good engine management?
