afc hack on 6psi

What matters in the injector size. 450cc injectors will need about a -45% across the board cut in fuel using the AFC. Smaller injectors will require proportionally LESS of a cut in fuel. Smaller injectors will mean you can run less boost before you trip a CEL. Yes you will trip a CEL running smaller than 450cc injectors with the AFC hack if you try to boost too much.
I realize that the hack is good for up to 10 psi. But I'm wondering, if only, let say, 7psi is the maximum boost that is going to be run, then larger injectors would not be needed. And if larger injectors are not needed, then you can lower the percent taken out across the board with smaller injectors. Now if you lower the percent taken out, and you don't need to go as low as -45%, then can you use the older s-afc with +/- 30%, along with the smaller injectors running at lower boost and still not throw a cel?

hehe...I don't think anyone is understanding what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to be able to use the older s-afc unit. Which only allows +/- 30%, not +/- 50% like the newer model.
I'm wondering, what size injectors would allow me to not go past the -30%? And with that injector and s-afc combo, about what boost would it throw a cel?
We know this combo: 450cc + s-afc (+/-50%) = max 11 psi
But what about this combo: ???cc + s-afc (+/-30%) = max ??psi
If anyone can fill in the ?? marks, that would be great.

I'm trying to save some cash and I know what my goal is for my turbo setup. I've got stock internals on a b18b daily driver, so I'm not going to be boosting anywhere near 10 psi. And my guess is that it will also be easier to idle the smaller injectors. And I don't want my car to be flashy and catch the attention of theives with the newer s-afc. Infact last night my friends car got broken into....I don't want to become another statistic.
I would say 6 or 7psi would be what you would get trimming 30%.
I still say 370cc injectors will work for you. If you take 30% from 370, you get 259. Stockers are 240cc so you will be a little rich, but pretty close. Also it takes longer for bigger injectors to open and close so that will take a little more fuel out at idle. Theres no way 310cc injectors will work so unless you can find some oddball size injector that will work, the 370s are the way to go.
You could also get a cheap adjustable fpr if you have to.
