Default Injectors vs. boost- picking the right sizes?

If I'm going to be running only 5-6 pounds of boost on my F23 (2.3 L), do I need 450's still? Or can I use 390cc injectors because it's such a low boost number?

Thank you!

why not just go ahead and get some 450's? DSM's are so cheap.

It's an attempt to keep the car economical. If I can run 390's I wont be running as much gas through, and hopefully i'll keep a decent fuel economy especially sincei 'll have to run premium gas

Low boost-less gas-smaller injectors-$$$

Or is my theory wrong?

Either set of injectors you get, you won't be able to throw them in and expect them to work. You know that right?

Everyone repeat after me:

Injector size is dictated bay horsepower not boost pressure.

Will 390cc injectors work well with my setup, using resistor boxes and tuned with the vafc hack, or will I need 450's?

Repeat after me, save your money from the hack and spend the equal amount on hondata and you will get fine gas mileage. I'm running 880CC injectors and I still get 30 MPG on the highway.

Auto accord- no hondata...it only works on manual accords. There's a way to get it to work but damned if I know how to splice it in...so I'm stuck with the hack...

I think you should follow Tom Payn's advice.

automatic + accord + turbo + hack = boom

Save the money and get a new car.

390 CC injectors should be allright for 200 WHP. Peronally I think injectors are cheap insurance. just my two cents.
