I have a friend who swears by them and says they have made a difference.
I was wondering if anyone else here has used them or either a n/a or f/i setup and what the difference was and if there really worth it.

They will free up a bit of rotating mass but don't expect to tell a day and night difference with them.

Im not expexting 40hp from them but over all are they worth the cash and what will they actually help with.

Somebody has to know or have these on.

Most dont even tune them just leave them at 0,0. More suited for aggressive cams that need to be degreed. Many turbo users making big power without them.

correct me if im wrong but i think he's talking about the pullies, like for powersteering, a/c, an alternator...not cam gears...right?

they make a difference not huge, but its a pain to put them in.

Got them on a turbo LS. Had the pullies before the turbo, it did make a difference. Wasn't a huge power increase, but it was noticable. Response seemed a little better, and the car pulled slightly harder. This was with AEM CAI, Airmass headers, and Airmass exhaust. Can't really say now what kind of difference they make on the turbo since they were already there. But they do work.
