difference between 00-02

difference between 00-02
wassup, i was wondering if anyone could inform me if there is a big difference of power or anything of the 2000 s2k to the 01', 02' s2k. Also what is the stock 1/4 mile time of the 00' s2k?

Power is the same on all 00-03's. 04's the motor changed.
There were a few cosmetic differences between the earlier years, but nothing in terms of power.

What are the cosmetic diff from 00-03? I haven't noticed anything really..
I do know the 04 looks a LOT better

Well, I don't know all of them, but I'll list off what I remember.
1. Plastic window as opposed to glass window w/defroster (02's and up)
2. Slightly different taillights (02's and up). They have a ring of chrome around both "sets" and there isn't a "half" clear lens for the reverse light.
3. Interior has a brushed aluminum look (02's and up)
4. Different shift **** (02's and up)
5. Suspension slightly different on the newer ones (don't remember what year) in order to try to prevent snap oversteer
6. Soft top latches are slightly different with the newer models
7. And I guess you can call the different interior combinations a cosmetic difference?
