Adding wastegate flange to non-wastegated manifold?
I'm looking at buy a miniram ac friendly manifold and it doesn't come with a wastegate flange
How much trouble is it to add a wastegate port to the manifold?

if you know how to weld and can find a flange it shouldn't be too hard. an experienced welder can do that for somewhere around $50. when you say it doesnt have a flange do you mean it was cut off or something or the manifold never had a flange to begin with?

Was the manifold ever ran on a car ? If so getting the material to be 100% clean is gonna be the toughest part. Besides that though, its not to hard to have a fabricator add one. We'd charge around $60 to add one, with the flange included.
