AC Autotechnic: Aluminum Engine Oil Filter Block and oil feed?
I ordered this:
after reading a couple of thread about the AC Autotechnic and the Golden Eagle block adapters. The main purpose for me is to connect the sending units for my VDO oil temp and pressure gauges.
I was thinking about using for the turbo oil feed line in my upcoming turbo project. The problem is the oil source is unfiltered. Is that a major issue?

Don't worry, no oil in the engine is unfiltered. You're simply taping an oil source that comes before the filter, but that dosen't mean that the oil wasn't passing though the filter 30 seconds before it got there.

Cool. Thanks.
Do you have to drill out the holes you are going to use? Or are they all drilled out for you? How many ports does it come with?

Is there such a thing as a 1/8npt plug? Sure there is just checking.

Is there a rubber gasket that goes against the block to prevent leakage?
