Re: 98 honda civic ex turbo
If your car is really an EX then you have a y8 not a y7. Either way, psi is arbitrary, and yes your motor can handle boost. 200 whp should be fine with a good tune.
1.Turbo Good, yeah you need that
2.Turbo Manifold Yep
3.Blow off valve Yep
4.Fuel regulator Unnecessary
5.intercooler (w/ all piping needed) Yep
6.Larger Oil pan ( getting oil return/feed kit) Totally unnecessary, stock oil pan is fine
7.WasteGate Stick with an internal WG for your first setup
8.boost controler Yep, manual ones can be had on ebay for <$10
9.getting vacuum manifold A vacuum manifold? Just T lines off your intake manifold for vacuum sources
This isn't the end of your list, and I'm being awfully generous for answering your questions without pointing you to the search button. You're going to need an EMS, those can be had for cheap too but it sounds like what you really need is to read the FAQ. People have been boosting Hondas for 20 years. This isn't new.
