8an opposed to 10an bung for oil return?
Bought an oil pan that had an 8an bung welded on it for oil return. I was wondering if this would be all right to use or too restrictive opposed to a 10an? Any input would be appreciated, TIA!

I'm more of a tech guy and when you say minimum I think, "Doesn't work well." So in regards to an oil return line, is 8an too small? Will it get backed up or will it do a satisfactory job?

-8an is 7/16"ID (0.438) and -10an is 9/16"ID (0.563)
When it comes to lube, you don't want your baby in pain. Spend the extra few bux and get the bigger tubing/fitting.
