60-1 hi-fi question.
well is there anyone out there running a turbonetics t3/60-1 hi-fi?
or any brand t3/60-1....
whats your thoughts and experiences...
i plan to run this on my 1845cc 20v setup temporarily...
anything info would be great, spool charicteristics, laggy or not, good low boost response, max HP you have reached etc etc.

Did just over 500 RWHP with a 60-1 HiFi with a .96 AR T4 exhaust maxing it out. A T3/60-1 HiFi I think would be good to about 450 WHP, and noticeably quicker spool over a 60-1.

what type of power are you making???
i plan to run this thing to 27psi, and its a ballbearing center section, so it should spool slightly quicker i would think...
like i said... this will be a temp turbo just to get the car running for waterfest10.

well i found this...
so this helps me out...
i feel alittle better about using this for a short time...
the goal will remain at 500whp, but i dont think it will happen with this turbo...
this graph is terry aka Boostfed...
on his b-16a he made 500whp on this t3/60-1
though his is not the hi-fi, im going to push it to 25psi and try to make 450wheel.
so this helps me out...

My turbo just shipped out... I went with the gt3561 with t04s housing...
Still missing some part for the bottom end, so I guess its at least 3weeks untill I'm ready

just to hold me over...
i decided to foget about that crusty old 60-1 wheel lol
